  1. Dear Katie, I have to say I am glad you are dealing with this issue. Living in fear is one of the causes of mental illness,. It is important to tell people that you are a survivor of the treatment you were given for the traumatic bereavement you suffered, your mental illness was part of this, not your fault you have survived and the treatment you had will hopefully not happen again. So you found the strength inside you to speak out helping yourself and others along the way and you overcame mental illness , keep on saying you are a survivor not a victim and have suffered from mental ill health and the treatment of mental illness through mind numbing drugs did not help you to wellness you did Katie.
